Plasma crash due to "small window previews" enabled in task manager
I was getting seemingly random crashes in plasma when switch tasks or even
moving the mouse between monitors. I found that is was cased by the "small
window previews" enabled in task manager. I simply disabled that and problem
went away.
Crash is probably during generation of certain window previews.
