[okular] [Bug 481493] Configuration cannot be saved on Win11. When I change the configuration, then click apply and OK, then close Okular. The next time I open Okular, all configurations remains

When I try to edit the config file using task manager, I can find the file and
code for all configuration, but I do not have access to the file.
