SUMMARY
When ktorrent is not running when clicking on a torrent item on a web site, the
URL seems not to be added in the torrent list but ktorrent is "only" opened, we
have to click an additionnal time to add the torrent into the list.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. close ktorrent
2. click on a torrent link on a web site
3. click again on this link
OBSERVED RESULT
the link is only added at the second click on the element.
