[digikam] [Bug 481345] I updated from version 7.6 to version 8.2 and ever since I downloaded it I am getting an assertion failed error. I’ve tried uninstalling, restarting, and trying version 8.1 all with no success. The error come up immediately when the main screen pops up.

Hey, thanks for the tip. I just tried that. Same result. Do you think deleting
all my database files and starting from scratch, would help?
