The description of the local directory calendar has now been removed from the documentation for KDE Gear 23.08.5 (commit 268ecdf9300a900a6b9cd0908ae670ec342b59e9) and 24.02 (commit 936f9adf949e8b273ebaadf4bb1e12ab0f945994). Note that the link to the KAlarm documentation in your bug report actually shows an out of date version of the documentation. The last released revision of the documentation was for KAlarm version 3.6.
