STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Settings -> Desktop Effects -> Eye on Screen and enable it
2. Click on "Show Desktop" twice
3. Observe artifacts
OBSERVED RESULT
Bar and windows are not in the correct place while the animation takes place on
the second click, bar and windows do go into correct place afterwards, just the
animation is wrong.
EXPECTED RESULT
Bar and windows being in the correct place during the "Show Desktop" animation.
