v5 stops working in v6 with error message:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use KWin.WindowThumbnailItem in WindowSwitcher.qml
2. upgrade to plasma v6
3. observe error message

KWin.WindowThumbnailItem migration path not mentioned
