Logs capture during carsh
SUMMARY:
Plasma Taskbar freezes completely (not just visually) for every few min.s (most
of the time), even the clicks on active applications are not registering and
hence not able to switch apps from task bar.
ALT+TAB switcher works fine.
Seconds in clock also freezes of course.
(The Panel used to freeze visually, but now, functionality seems broken as
well)

Restarting plasma shell to get around the issue:
kquitapp5 plasmashell; nohup plasmashell 2>&1 & > /dev/null
