As you can see in this video, this setting just won't change at all. It's very
annoying

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kate
2. Configure Kate settings
3. Turn off dynamic word wrap indicators
OBSERVED RESULT
The dynamic word wrap indicator setting can't be turned off, even after
applying the changes(see attached video)
EXPECTED RESULT
The dynamic word wrap indicator setting should change
