SUMMARY
Widgets on the plasma panel stop opening when pressed.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press the application launcher icon (or the network icon, etc.) many times
2. The menu stops appearing.
OBSERVED RESULT
The menu does not always appear after clicking
EXPECTED RESULT
The menu always appears after clicking
