F39 QT6.6.0 Build of Elisa Switches Audio Output back to previous output

I'm able to replicate this bug on a QT6 master build of Elisa (24.04.70) on
Fedora 39 using the procedure above

Using KDE Frameworks 6.0.0
Built against QT 6.6.0

It not only switches output during the switching of tracks but also when
seeking on the current track. Attached screenshots shows audio playing on the
previously selected output but not on the currently selected output
