SUMMARY
When starting Konsole from Dolphin in a folder by default, Konsole instantly
crashes.
This does not happen when started from applications menu or keyboard shortcut.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click and open the Actions menu
2. Click "Open terminal here"
3. Konsole starts and crashes instantly
