SUMMARY
Windows are not transparent with transparent colors when we use Breeze theme
for window decoration and applications style. The issue is reproducible on both
X11 and Wayland
PREREQUISITE:
Before follow the steps, please install the following color scheme ->

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to the "System Settings" -> Colors & Themes -> Colors
2. Choose "Alpha" color theme.
3. Apply it.
4. Observe.
