I ran into the same issue although I am running the version 5.24.7 where this
shouldn't be a problem anymore right?
fixed it manually by changing the contents of
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/qml/org/kde/kirigami.2/NavigationTabBar.qml as
seen in
