Hi Nate.
I distinctly remember spice-vdagent working with KDE Plasma before. I should
have noticed https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=455992 and I am sorry i
didn't. I've mostly used KDE Plasma for my host machines in the past and not in
VM's so i can't exactly say when this change happened. So I installed Kubuntu
18.04 in a VM and I can confirm that spice-vdagent works here out of the box.
