SUMMARY
Icons used in "Icons-only Task Manager" have wrong vertical "spacing between
icons" when the Task Manager is vertical and icons arranged in 2 columns.
For "small" and "normal" they have large vertical borders. For "large" they are
just large icons and not large spacing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Move your Icons-only Task manager vertically.
2. Configure it to have:
2.1 Maximum columns: 2
2.2 Enable "Always arrange tasks in rows ..."
2.3 Spacing between icons: Small (please try also other options)
2.4 Apply

OBSERVED RESULT
Icons are "smallish", arranged over 2 columns with very large vertical spacing.
See screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
Icons are "smallish", arranged over 2 columns with SMALL vertical spacing.
