STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right-click on desktop
2. Configure Desktop and Wallpaper
3. Click "Icons"
4. Click "Configure Preview Plugins"
OBSERVED RESULT
An overlaysheet opens. The Apply/Cancel button on the bottom are cut off and
can't be used. See screenshot
