STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set the panels to your preferred configuration (I like to just have Places
and Information).
2. Minimize Dolphin to Icons-Only Task Manager.
3. Click the icon to maximize Dolphin.
4. Repeat 2 and 3 (sometimes it takes only one try, but it varies).
OBSERVED RESULT
The panels (for me) switch to Folders, Places, Terminal, and Information.
EXPECTED RESULT
The only panels that should stay open are Folders and Information.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Closing Dolphin (as in hitting the x to kill the program) and then opening it
again counts as a single min/max repeat, and may or may not cause the panels to
change.
