1. Use KDE Connect on Wayland
2. Use "Remote Input" functionality
3. Confirm access
4. Reboot or restart xdg-desktop-portal-kde
5. Use Remote Input again
OBSERVED RESULT
I get prompted to confirm access again

Confirmation is remembered
