I'm using the KDE-unstable repository, with the configurations as previously mentioned. The issue consistently occurs on Arch Linux. I'll attempt to reproduce the issue on another laptop and with Fedora to see if it persists under those conditions (if I got time the next couple of days). Additionally, I'm open to sending a video demonstration if you think that would be helpful in diagnosing the problem.
