I have tested with the latest nightly build on KFind (v27.07.70) and I cannot
reproduce this issue.
I can select any files I want from the KFind search results, then right click
and select "Copy".
This issue seems to be resolved.
If it's still broken for you in the latest version of KFind could you please
provide a detailed bug report with your system software specs and also possibly
some screenshots?
