Sadly this is still an issue on git version, its really painfully slow. Doesn't
matter if I have ksplash as none, plasmashell loading is still slow....but when
I run "pkill plasmashell && kstart plasmashell" the plasmashell does (re-)run
immediately ...so I assume there is some other issue
