STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Navigate to "Global Theme"
3. Select "Breeze"
4. Navigate to "Window Decorations"
OBSERVED RESULT
No window decoration is highlighted as selected
EXPECTED RESULT
Breeze is highlighted as selected
