I noticed that the problem is not related to Raspberry Pi or its OS called Raspberry Pi OS. After then reinstalling Kubuntu, I updated the system using "sudo apt update"; "sudo apt upgrade" and "sudo apt dist-upgrade" commands, and never faced the same problem. However, when I update the system using Discover app, I face this problem immediately. I haven't reinstalled Kubuntu on my Mac Pro 2013 yet, but I continue to use it on KDE Plasma xorg mode.
