SUMMARY
Invoking a tooltip using touch selects the element upon removal of the finger
or stylus.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Invoke "kcmshell5 kcm_kwinrules".
1.  Modify or create a new rule.
1.  Invoke the QML overlay to create a new rule.
1.  Long-press an entry with a tooltip. No indicator exists for whether an
entry has a tooltip, so just keep trying different ones if it doesn't initially
work.
