SUMMARY
Ligatures that are on-by-default seem to work, but I can find no way to turn on
optional Ligatures like those provided by the Monaspace fonts:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download Monaspace fonts and install
2. Select them in Kate
OBSERVED RESULT
Optional ligatures are not available.
EXPECTED RESULT
There should be GUI element that allows turning ligatures on/off and selecting
optional ligatures. This code could be shared with other KDE components that do
font selection.
