I can confirm this is happening. I have my external monitor Enabled, and my
built in monitor Disabled. The external monitor is what is pictured in the top
area for arranging monitors, presumably that monitor should populate the Device
dropdown initially. You can also switch to the correct monitor by clicking on
the drop down list for "Device".
