When I change the variable LANG from "zh_CN" to "zh_CN.UTF-8" And it wll be
completely translated
Language Not Completely changed cause by the LANG variable in the file
~/.config/plasma-localerc
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change the language in kde SYSTEM SETTING into Simple Chinese
2. restart
OBSERVED RESULT
Not completely translate
EXPECTED RESULT
All text should be translated

KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.10
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.113.0
Qt Version: 5.15.12
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
When I change the variable LANG from "zh_CN" to "zh_CN.UTF-8"
