Bug ID: 479484 Summary: KDE only shows charging in battery icon, even when the laptop is not plugged in. when the battery is full it shows I don't have a battery Classification: I don't know Product: kde Version: unspecified Platform: Fedora RPMs OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: unassigned-b...@kde.org Reporter: kartikkawa...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 164719 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=164719&action=edit this is a screenshot of what is actually happening for example my laptop has 80% charge in the battery, i boot up linux, kde will show that battery is 80% and is charging. if the laptop is plugged in or not it will only show that percentage in which the laptop was booted into. if the laptop has 50% battery before booting, it will only show that battery charge until i restart the system and boot into linux ones again or shut down my laptop and boot into linux. if the battery in 100% before booting into it, after booting linux shows that the system doesn't even has a battery. right now it is showing that i don't have a battery in the taskbar . i typed acpi -b and it is showing : Battery 0: Not charging, 98% -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
