scrollbar
SUMMARY
there is an unnecessary scrollbar on "Power and Battery" applet that dissapears
when applet is enlarged .
see the attachment for how it looks.
also note it looks like scrollbar dissapears when the text "your laptop
configured to not sleep when closing the lid while an external monitor is
connected" stops overflowing to the next line
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Power and Battery applet
2. see the scrollbar on the bottom
OBSERVED RESULT
there is a scrollbar in default size of the applet
EXPECTED RESULT
there shouldn't be a scrollbar
