This appears to be fixed, although I'm not certain the behavior is what users
would expect in all situations.
If you do `spectacle -c -o ~/test.webp`, Spectacle will open in GUI mode and
the image will be copied to the clipboard in the WebP format, but it will not
be saved until you click Save or Save As. If you click Save, the image will be
saved to `~/test.webp`.
If you do `spectacle -b -c -o ~/test.webp`, Spectacle will open in background
mode, the image will be copied to the clipboard in the WebP format and the
image will be saved to `~/test.webp` automatically.
