SUMMARY
Maliit Keyboard opens once when pressing Input Method on Touchscreen, but will
then not reopen again. This has been going on for a while and I was told that
6.0 would be fixing this. It is pretty important on my 2 in 1 computer that
this works, otherwise there is no point in my using KDE Neon

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press Input Method on Touchscreen
2. Swipe Down to Close
3. Try to Re-open

Won't Re-open
