SUMMARY
Downloading new wallpapers function in the wallpaper dialog does nothing.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right-click desktop
2. Configure Desktop and Wallpaper
3. Click "Get New..." next to the Add button
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
Download New Wallpapers dialog is supposed to appear
