SUMMARY
Desktop selector from overview effect still clickable even if not visible on
the screen
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. swipe down with 4 fingers
2. try to click on the top part where the desktops are usually displayed
3. new desktop is added, or desktop is being switched
OBSERVED RESULT
New desktop is added, or desktop is being switched
EXPECTED RESULT
Effect (showing desktop overview) should be dismissed.
