I tested digiKam-8.3.0-20240102T090012-Win64.exe version on old computer, and I
can reproduce this fault.
Graphics: Intel(R) G41 Express Chipset (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1)
The digiKam 8.3 does not start (in the same place the digiKam 8.2 start within
20 seconds).
The program did not start, I stopped loading after 3 minutes.
