Error message

SUMMARY
After the recent update, the home screen shows the error "Unable to load
applications".  


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover
2. Home screen shows the attached error
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Error asking to verify internet connection

Show applications

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I was able to replicate the issue on another computer running same OS after
updating Discover.
