Picture of system settings page where the top of the page is not visible.
Pages are scrolled down so that the top of the page is not at all visible.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings.
2. Pages that have this issue: General Behavior, Screen Locking, Drawing
tablet, Accessibility.
OBSERVED RESULT
Tops of pages are not visible, sometimes blocking crucial information and/or
information banners.
EXPECTED RESULT
Pages are fully visible
