STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a text file with Kate
2. right-click on Kate icon
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
"Recent files" section of the context menu does not exist or it exists but the
text file used in the step 1 is not listed
EXPECTED RESULT
"Recent files" feature works.
