STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Dolphin
2. right-click on a folder and choose "Properties"
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
Properties window unnecessarily opens maximized. Cannot reproduce with a file.
EXPECTED RESULT
Properties window never opens maximized
