SUMMARY
Although OpenDesktop is presented as an online account that may be added from
system settings, nothing happens when clicking on it.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch System Settings
2. Navigate to Personalization > Online Accounts > Click Add New Account button
3. Click OpenDesktop

Nothing happens
