-- Information about the crash:
When I resume from sleep or hibernation Plasma starts up OK with all elements,
but crash happens every time when I first mouse over on any application running
on panel or when I click on KDE Start button.
After that Plasma works normally till the next sleep.
The crash can be reproduced every time.
