SUMMARY
Currently, when pressing Ctrl-V (paste) or Ctrl-shift-N (mkdir) in a directory
without write permission, nothing happens, probably because these actions are
disabled there.
However, when dragging a file into such a directory, Dolphin shows a dialog
explaining the lack of permission. It would be better that pressing those
shortcuts brings the same dialog.
