SUMMARY
When the list of recent files contains entries from e.g. an unmounted samba
drive, the startup is delayed as okular tries to stat all recent files
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open files from a connected samba drive
2. unmount the samba drive
3. open okular by clicking on a local pdf file
OBSERVED RESULT
it takes a long time until okular appears
EXPECTED RESULT
okular should immediately start and show the requested file

KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.10
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.113.0
Qt Version: 5.15.11
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
if accessing the recent files is really needed, could that be done in the
backgroud?
