SUMMARY
Pressing ctrl+t when a file layer is selected shows an error and instruction of
what to do.
It would be better to just add the transform mask when ctrl+t is pressed and
fire a notification that it was added.
Makes the experience smoother and more pleasant.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Ass a file layer
2. Press ctrl+t
OBSERVED RESULT
An error shows
EXPECTED RESULT
Add a transform mask and let the user transform the layer
