            Bug ID: 478711
Summary: Changing display scaling for non-standard aspect
ratios makes the wallpaper go blank
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: Plasma Workspace Wallpapers
           Version: 5.90.0
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Keywords: qt6, wayland
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: rune.fritzs...@web.de
  Target Milestone: ---

In the wayland session, for non-standard aspect ratios (e.g. maximized
Virtualbox window with auto adjust, for me: 3.839:1.973), changing the display
scaling factor results in the wallpaper going black. Some symbols like the ones
in the logout/shutdown/reboot menu are replaced by a black rectangle.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set a non-standard aspect ratio (maybe non-integer?)
2. Change the display scaling

OBSERVED RESULT
Wallpaper and some icons go black

EXPECTED RESULT
Wallpaper and icons are unaffected by the changed scaling

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: 6.2.0-39 generic
KDE Plasma Version: 5.90.90
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.247.0
Qt Version: 6.6.1
