[plasmashell] [Bug 478630] When scrolling on taskbar, scrolling up is left and down is right. I would like to have an option for the opposite behavior.

I probably should have been clearer. Just for anyone else reading the post, I'm
not talking about system-wide scroll invert. Turning that setting on does
actually make the taskbar act how I want, but it inverts everything else too,
which I don't want.
