Wayland Plasma 5.27.10 is still ongoing both openSUSE tumbleweed and Fedora 39
Spin KDE.
Duplication step.
Task-Manager mouse hover show thumbnail option is active.
Open Firefox and watch any video.
Meanwhile, move cursor on to Firefox icon and wait showing thumbnail.
symptoms do not start after doing this, click on the clock or volume panel and
return to the icon.
If you repeat this cycle at certain intervals, Task manager will stop
responding.
It seems like live preview of the video is causing this.
I'm not sure if this may have an effect, but I'll leave it here as additional
information. (While this is happening firefox nvidia-vaapi video decoding is
on.)
