STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open "Configure Konsole" from the hamburger menu on the right
2. Change state of the mentioned option
3. Apply changes
OBSERVED RESULT
The title of the window is not using the title of the tab when the box is
checked. The window is using the tab title when the box is not checked
