STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Konsole with zsh profile
2. Right click inside it
OBSERVED RESULT
"Open With..." entry appears without any sub menu of related applications
EXPECTED RESULT
"Open Folder With" entry appears with a sub menu that contains related
applications
3. Select "Open With", "Choose Application - Konsole" window appears
4. Select any suitable application like Dolphin or VSCode
OBSERVED RESULT
The selected app doesn't open
EXPECTED RESULT
The selected app opens with the provided current folder
