SUMMARY
Unlike X11, it's impossible to move the mouse pixel-by-pixel with a screen
scale greater than 100%.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Using system settings, set a screen's UI scale to 200% on Wayland
2. run `spectacle -r`
3. Try to make a selection and move the mouse pixel-by-pixel on the 200% scale
screen.

OBSERVED RESULT
The mouse moves by 2 real pixels at a time.

EXPECTED RESULT
The mouse should move only one real pixel at a time.
